NOCELLARA DEL BELICE OLIVES
Produced in the Belice Valley, it is the only product in Europe to have received two DOP denominations for the same variety: "Nocellara del Belice" in 1998 for the table olive and "Valle del Belice" in 2004 for the oil. Able to thrive in a wide range of environmental conditions, Nocellara trees have stood out since ancient Greek times.
Thanks to rigorously hand-picked harvesting, Nocellara del Belice olives preserve their firm, crunchy pulp and sweet flavor, making them exceptional table olives. The almost perfectly spherical olives, with their distinctive light white dots, can grow to impressive sizes.
