FLAVORED PITTED KALAMON OLIVES

Belonging to the same variety as the Kalamata olive, but cultivated in a different location, the Kalamon is one of the oldest varieties, the undisputed queen of the Greek table.
The olives are harvested in early October. They contain a variety of vitamins and minerals, but are particularly rich in iron and vitamin A.

They are the key ingredient in the classic Greek salad, perfectly paired with feta.

Seasoned with sunflower oil, herbs, and garlic.
